What if an item is stocked out online?

 If a piece is sold out online, please feel free to contact me directly and enquire as to whether the item will be restocked. Alternatively, if you see a one of a kind bespoke piece that is sold out and would like something similar, please contact me at emily@emilyjanejwellery.com.au

 

Do you only sell online?
At this stage, yes. I do attend a lot of markets throughout the summer months. Keep an eye out on my instagram page for details of upcoming events.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order please email me at emily@emilyjanejewellery.com.au with the order number and your reasons for requesting a refund or alteration. I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

 

How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards do not expire so you can use any time.

 

Do you offer Afterpay?
We sure do! 

 

Why have your prices changed?
Due to the fluctuating price of precious metals, prices can be subject to change without notice. I do my best to provide you with the most affordable, quality products I can.

 

Do you gift wrap?
Yes. Please select the gift wrapping option at check out. You also have the option to include a gift message with your order.
